UW-Madison’s Hillman to speak about outcomes-based funding at legislative hearing

UW-Madison’s Nicholas Hillman is speaking on the topic of outcomes-based funding for higher education on Thursday, April 13, with members of the state's legislative Assembly Committee on Colleges & Universities.

Th​e public hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m., in Room 225 NW of the Wisconsin State Capitol, with testimony from invited speakers only.

Hillman is an associate professor with the School of Education's Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis who researches higher education finance and policy. Hillman also is a faculty affiliate with UW-Madison's La Follette School of Public Affairs, and is a Wisconsin Center for the Advancement of Postsecondary Education (WISCAPE) faculty affiliate.
