The School of Education’s Beth Giles was recently elected to a three-year term on UW-Madison’s Academic Staff Executive Committee (ASEC).
Giles is the School’s director of Education Outreach and Partnerships.
The primary function of ASEC is to act as the day-to-day administrative executive committee for the Academic Staff Assembly and for the academic staff at large. More than 900 ballots were cast in this year’s ASEC election, which was held last month.
In addition, Bruno Browning and Mallory Musolf were also elected to three-year terms beginning July 1. Jim Roger was elected to a one-year term starting in July.
