Partners in Giving — Did you win?

January 15, 2019

Thank you to those who participated in the 2018 Partners in Giving Campaign!

In addition to the individual incentives, we have three Super Awesome™ prizes that will be awarded in early February. Those awards are:

• The three service units or departments with the highest increase in percent participation over last year will receive a Super Awesome pizza party.

• The top service unit and the top department with the highest increase in percent participation over last year will also receive a Super Awesome magical trophy.

• And any service unit or department that manages to obtain 100 percent participation will receive a Super Awesome surprise gift. We can't share what that will be yet, however. It'd ruin the fun.

So far, we’d like to congratulate the Cooperative Children’s Book Center (CCBC) and the Office of Child Care and Family Resources (OCCFR) for reaching 100 percent participation. Your awards will be delivered in February!

We don’t want to forget the Super Awesome individual incentives. Winners were chosen at random from all those who participated in this year’s campaign. This year's winners are:

Donna Meicher, MERIT: Two half-price tickets to the Department of Theatre and Drama’s production of Rebecca Gilman’s "Twilight Bowl."

Cindy Kuhrasch, Department of Kinesiology: Four tickets to the University of Wisconsin wrestling match vs. Minnesota.

Lynn Sankey, Career Center: Four tickets to the University of Wisconsin men's hockey game vs. Notre Dame.

Mary Hegge, Wisconsin Center for Education Research: Two scoops of ice cream from the Wisconsin Union.

Corissa Lotta, Counseling Psychology: A basketball signed by University of Wisconsin women's basketball coach Jonathan Tsipis.

Bill Hoyt, Department of Counseling Psychology: Small goalie stick signed by University of Wisconsin men's hockey coaches Tony Granato and Mark Osiecki

Kewku Brewoo, Business Office: Hockey puck signed by University of Wisconsin men's hockey coaches Tony Granato, Mark Osiecki and Mark Strobel.

Remember, you can still make a contribution through the campaign website: www.giving.wi.gov.

Cheers!
