Come say goodbye to Adam Gamoran on Monday, May 13 in the Education Sciences Building. The celebration will be held on the 13th Floor Lounge from 3 to 5 p.m.
Recordings from the public talks of the four finalists in a search for the next director of the Wisconsin Center for Education Research (WCER). One will succeed Adam Gamoran, who will assume duties as president of the William T. Grant Foundation beginning in September.
The School of Education is hosting Jacob Vigdor, candidate for WCER director, March 18-19. He will give a public talk discussing the next 50 years of WCER on Tuesday, March 19th from 12:00-1:30pm, in 259 Educational Sciences.

After 23 years of service to the School of Education, Karen Fiske will be retiring from Education Outreach and Partnerships (EOP) this April.
As you may be aware, the University of Wisconsin-Madison completed targeted salary increases for critical faculty and staff through a plan called the Critical Compensation Fund (CCF). CCF did not involve across-the-board increases, rather it included targeted pay adjustments aimed at recognizing equity, retention, and market influences.
