Rosemary S. Russ
Associate Professor, Department of Curriculum and Instruction. Ann Wallace Faculty Fellowship
Russ examines how teachers and learners conceptualize knowledge and learning across a variety of contexts. Her work assumes the types of knowledge people use during sensemaking about the world depends critically on how they understand themselves as learners (or not). In doing so, she expands traditional notions of who counts as learners and what counts as learning.
