Marcus Weathers Jr.
Credentials: Ed-GRS Fellow
Marcus is currently working as a research assistant on the Rehabilitation Research and Training Center (RRTC) on Employment of Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) project, also known as TECH-Prep & Soft Skills Training. This project is intended to increase vocational readiness and employment outcomes for transition age youth of color with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and is mainly administered to youth in the city of Chicago. We have designed an online training program that aims to support the development of interpersonal skills and professional behavior in the workplace through activities and group exercises.
