Milo Dufresne-MacDonald

Milo Dufresne-MacDonald (they/them) is a second-year Ph.D. student in the Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis department under the femtorship of Dr. Aireale J. Rodgers in the Racialization In Learning Environments (RILE) Collective. Milo seeks to illuminate how equity and justice work functions on college campuses, particularly during politically contentious moments and how equity and justice work moves through different university systems.
They graduated from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX with a bachelors of arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and Data Analysis. As a St. Edward’s McNair Scholar, they discovered their passion for ensuring post-secondary institutions provide competencies in equity and justice.
In their free time, Milo enjoys crocheting, watching video essays on obscure topics, reading sci-fi/dystopian novels and spending time with their partner.
