Shining a light on their work in the classroom, an outstanding 127 student-athletes from the University of Wisconsin sports teams were named 2022-23 Big Ten Distinguished Scholars, as announced by the Big Ten in June. Of these, 40 are students pursuing degrees in the School of Education.
