Madeline Blong is a 2nd year PhD student in ELPA. Her work focuses on K-12 mathematics education as it pertains to Indigenous knowledge systems in Wisconsin. As a citizen of the Menominee nation, she calls Wisconsin home and is excited to work backward towards an education system that brings people and land together.
