Jacques Pierre Lesure

Jacques P. Lesure is a PhD graduate in the Educational Policy Studies department. Currently, Dr. Lesure is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Education at Brown University, in Providence, Rhode Island.  He is originally from DeKalb County, GA. Jacques’ dissertation explores how the modern politics of race and political economy shape a non-profit organization’s approach to leadership education for collegiate Black men as a project of racial uplift ideology.
