The Capital Times published an article reporting on the Oct. 29 symposium, “Addressing Inequities in School Policies, Policing, and Discipline Practices.” The symposium was the third event in the Real Talk for Real Change symposia series, hosted by the School of Education’s Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (OEDI) and of Professional Learning and Community Education (PLACE).

The School of Education’s Cindy Kuhrasch was featured in an article for the Winter 2020 issue of On Wisconsin magazine, published by the Wisconsin Alumni Association. The article, which is titled “Student Teaching During a Pandemic,” focuses on how Kuhrasch has found a way for her students to complete the student-teaching requirements for their majors during the coronavirus pandemic.
