UW–Madison’s Simon Goldberg is the lead author of a new paper published in Psychological Medicine that is titled, “Post-acute psychological effects of classical serotonergic psychedelics: a systematic review and meta-analysis.” Goldberg is an assistant professor in the School of Education’s Department of Counseling Psychology.

UW–Madison’s John Baldacchino has released two new volumes, including two chapters he authored, in the book series he founded and edits, “Doing Arts Thinking: Arts Practice, Research and Education.” Baldacchino is a professor in the School of Education’s Art Department.

A recently released book co-authored by UW–Madison's Analee Good, “Equity and Quality in Digital Learning: Realizing the Promise in K-12 Education,” offers specific strategies and recommendations on how to implement equitable digital learning programs for K-12 students.

UW–Madison alumnus David O’Connor has been honored with a Native American 40 Under 40 award from the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development. O'Connor holds a master’s degree from the School of Education’s Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis.

Duduzile Lunga, who attended UW–Madison as an international exchange student in the fall of 2018, is a finalist for KFM 94.5's Teacher of the Year award in Cape Town, South Africa. Lunga is one of 10 finalists the radio station selected out of over 3,500 nominees.

UW–Madison’s John Baldacchino has authored a paper offering a new look at engaging with the 19th/20th century philosopher and educator, John Dewey. The paper is titled, “Education’s Experience in an Age of Anti-Politics: Reading John Dewey in the Third Decade of the 21st Century," and it is published in a special edition of the journal Sisyphus focused on "Old Masters, New Meanings."
