The Well Wisconsin program supports participants in meeting their health and well-being goals. The program is available to eligible employees, retirees, and their spouses enrolled in the State of Wisconsin’s group health insurance program. Those who complete the program steps by the Oct. 14, 2022, deadline will earn a $150 incentive.

Listening to two episodes of Well Wisconsin Radio is one of the ways you can fulfill the requirement to complete a “Well-being Activity” in the program. In addition, participants need to complete a 15-minute health assessment survey and health check to earn their incentive.
