Lee, who was a mainstage speaker at the conference, presented a talk that is titled,“Tangible Graphic Design,” in which he explored the symbiotic nature between technology and design.

Lee discussed how graphic design has evolved with new technologies, and investigated how various materials used in 3D printing present both challenges and alternative solutions in the graphic design realm.

AIGA is the oldest and largest professional membership organization for design professionals — with more than 70 chapters and over 15,000 members. The AIGA Design Conference aims to push the design profession forward by asking provocative questions and challenging designers to think about the future. Through presentations, symposia, and more, attendees can dive into topics facing the industry, and are enticed to imagine the future.
