UW–Madison alum Ash Armenta has been selected as the 2022-23 Thurber Park Artist-in-Residence. A print media artist from California, Armenta earned their MFA from the School of Education's Art Department in 2022.

UW–Madison’s Emily Arthur, an associate professor in the School of Education's Art Department, has been awarded an Eleanor M. Garvey Visiting Fellowship in Printing and Graphic Arts at Harvard University to carry out her research proposal that is titled, “Secrets of Havell: Making Prints for ‘The Birds of America.’ ”

Tandem Press is excited to host an exhibition of prints and paintings by Madison-based artist and UW–Madison Professor Emeritus T.L. Solien this fall. The exhibition, titled "Along the Way," will open on Friday, Nov. 4, in the Apex Gallery.
