Finalists to become OEDI’s director of teaching and learning innovation to deliver presentations March 10-12

Three finalists to become the inaugural EDI (equity, diversity, and inclusion) director of teaching and learning innovation within the School of Education’s Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (OEDI) will be delivering public presentations via Zoom as part of the interview process March 10-12.

The person who assumes this role will be tasked with delivering high-quality workshops and other learning experiences, as well as development programs, to senior leaders, faculty, staff, and students within the School of Education.

Because this position will be working with constituents across the School of Education, OEDI would appreciate your feedback and impressions of the three finalists. Each candidate will be presenting on what they believe to be the most pressing EDI issues in higher education and how they would approach the School of Education’s diverse populations regarding these issues.

The links for each presentation are below. The presentations and Q&A sessions will be recorded and widely distributed for your review if you are unable to attend these sessions. In addition, a survey will be distributed following each presentation to provide feedback about each candidate.
