UW–Madison’s Yeohyun Ahn, an assistant professor in the School of Education’s Art Department, has been selected to serve on the Annual Conference Committee for the College Art Association (CAA).

Founded in 1911, the College Art Association promotes excellence in scholarship and teaching in the visual arts. It is the oldest and largest support organization in the world. The Annual Conference Committee works with the CAA Program Department to select the sessions and shape of the program for the association’s annual conferences.
The committee ensures that the program reflects CAA’s goals for each conference, namely, to make it an effective place for intellectual, aesthetic, and professional learning and exchange; to reflect the diverse interests of the membership; and to provide opportunities for participation that are fair, equal, and balanced.
CAA seeks collaborative and engaged members from all parts of its constituency to serve on the Annual Conference Committee. Members serve a three-year term.
